WE’RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR:

entry level, part time social media manager | in person, 8-10 hours/week

Location: Smyrna, DE (in-person work required)
Contract: July 15 – November 15
Hours: 8-10 hours/ week
Compensation: $18-$25 DOE
Must be 21+

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, in-the-room content creator to capture and share the energy of two growing brands: a craft distillery/cocktail bar and a food truck. This is not a remote planning role, this is someone who’s present during service + events and turning video into on brand content. 

What You’ll Do

• Capture video content during service, events 

• This role will be expected to attend all events, most of which are on Saturdays

• Shoot primarily on iPhone (yours or ours), focusing on speed and authenticity over perfection

• Create short-form video (Reels/TikTok)

• Post and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook + TikTok

• Write captions that match brand voice

• Light community management (responding to comments/DMs)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong instincts for what makes engaging social content

• Comfortable talking to people and being inbeing  in a busy environment

• Availability on select nights/ weekends

• Basic editing skills (Edits App, etc.)

• Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok trends with a good instinct for what is (and is not) on brand 

• Must be 21+ and comfortable working in a bar environment, standing, etc. 

“Proof of Ability” (Instead of a Full Portfolio)

We’re not looking for a polished portfolio. We are looking for proof you can do the job.

• A quick sample: visit a bar, restaurant, or event and create 2–3 pieces of content (Reel/TikTok style) that you think would perform well
