‘The PRincess Bride’ Inspired cocktails with sarah

June 1st | 2 PM

Gather your fellow adventurers and join us for an unforgettable afternoon inspired by The Princess Bride. We’re bringing the magic of Florin to the cocktail shaker with four clever, themed drinks that celebrate the wit, romance, and ridiculousness of one of the most beloved movies of all time. This flight experience was designed and will be led by Sarah— complete with movie trivia, behind-the-scenes facts, and plenty of “As you wish.” Whether you’re here for true love or just a great drink, this class promises an evening of truly inconceivable fun.

local honey & whiskey tasting

June 21st | 4:30 PM

As we celebrate pollinator week, we'd love for you to join us as we pair three of our whiskies with three varieties of Big Joe's Honey. Big Joe himself will be onsite to talk honey and the importance of protecting our pollinators, while Ron, one of the owners of PSD, will talk through the whiskies, palette and how to taste. 21+ only.

The Booze & The Bees

June 22nd | 2 PM

Kara of The Joyful Roots Co. is joining Angel behind the bar to share a flight of four cocktails featuring native pollinating plants. While you're sipping these decidedly virtuous (and dare-we-say educational) cocktails, Kara will share her knowledge on native pollinators and how to plant them, use them and keep the bees buzzing! Perhaps even a bit of lore? Only time will tell.

Get ready to raise a glass to summer! Painted Stave Distilling and the Delaware Wineries Association are teaming up for a special four-course pairing dinner to raise funds for 2025. The dinner will feature seasonal dishes crafted by Charles "Cheeks" Kelchner. Each course will highlight the bright, fresh flavors of summer, perfectly paired with locally made spirits and wines. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the best of Delaware’s food and drink scene.
