Painted Stave Distilling Whiskey Ginger

2 oz. Painted Stave Bourbon⁠
1/2 oz. Painted Stave Campfire Ginger⁠
Ginger Beer to taste⁠

Add the bourbon and campfire ginger to a glass. Add ice, and top with ginger beer. Enjoy!

Too spicy? Switch to ginger ale instead of ginger beer.
