This intimate 3-course dinner will feature an incredible one-time only menu from Makericks & dessert from Kee’s Kupcakes. Each course will be paired with a whiskey cocktail designed by our team. While the meal is going on Ron & Mike will be sharing about how we craft our Diamond State Whiskies, and give guests the opportunity to taste product in it’s various stages from barrel to bottle. This is not an evening to be missed!

Appetizer: Smoked Lollipop Lamb Chops (Paired with a Diamond State Potstill Whiskey Blackberry-Vanilla Kentucky Buck)
Entree: Smoked Filet Mignon (Paired with a traditional Diamond State Rye Vintage Manhattan; aged 1 year)
Dessert: Death By Chocolate Cupcakes (Paired with a Sneaky Pete Cocktail [Diamond State Bourbon, Coffee Liqueur, Light Cream])
